Use of our telehealth platform requires registration, truthful disclosure of your medical history, and agreement to our separate Patient Informed Consent and HIPAA policies provided during patient onboarding.

  3. User Conduct You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Site to transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or harmful material. Please do not submit sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI) through our standard public contact forms; such information should only be shared via our secure patient portal.

  4. Intellectual Property All content, logos, graphics, and text on this Site are the property of Aegis Medical or its content creators and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent.
